06/11/2024	11:45 P.M.	On 6/12/2024, NYSDEC reported an odor complaint on behalf of an unidentified resident. The odor lasted around 1-hour.	Manager was unable to determine the cause of the odor as it occurred after 11:00 P.M. when the facility was unmanned.
11/16/2023	4:47 P.M.	Strong odors around 5:00 P.M. at Route 67 in Johnstown.	Manager responded to resident by phone. Reported odor complaint to NYS DEC. Recorded odor complaint in log.
